Exercise        

Regular exercise in an integral part of the Isagenix total health system. Many people who are interested in Isagenix for it's fantastic initial weight loss protocol do not have a regular exercise program as of yet. In the Isagenix literature that comes with your 9 or 30 day cleanse package, it specifically calls for 20 minutes of exercise per day.

I have been using a neat little fitness program that I found about 2 years ago. It is described in a book written by a physical trainer from Hollywood. The basic premise of the exercise program are 20-30 minute workouts, 6 days per week. It has included in it a table of nine weeks of scripted daily routines that will take you no more than 30 minutes to do. The daily regimen includes cardio, weight (dumbbells only) and abdominal exercises. In the nine week program  you start from scratch with an easier regimen and work your way through the system to more strenuous exercise.

I would suggest the following books to start learning about the scientific and business aspects of the Wellness industry.
This is an easy to read abridged version of a book by Lester Packer, one of the pioneers in antioxidant biology. It will give you an understanding of the foundation for the essential supplements that are part of the Isagenix wellness  system
